Miami Rush Kendall SC U9-U18 Specific Training Clinics

Miami Rush Academy ensures that all players receive the best positional/functional training through this supplemental program. There will be three separate clinics: Fall (Oct/Nov),
Winter (Feb/Mar), & Spring (Apr/May).

These clinics are designed to develop our athlete’s position specific functional training and awareness, which is essential to the foundation for all soccer players. Our goal is to accelerate the progress and success of our athletes though this program.

Specific Training Clinics

Week 1 Friday, October 4th Defensive Group
Week 2 Friday, October 11th Offensive Group
Week 3 Friday, October 18th Defensive Group
Week 4 Friday, October 25th Offensive Group
Week 5 Friday, November 1st Defensive Group
Week 6 Friday, November 8th Offensive Group
Week 7 Friday, November 15th Defensive Group
Week 8 Friday, November 22th Offensive Group

Curriculum for Defensive Group:
✔ 1V1 / 2V2 / Defensive situations.
✔ Passing and receiving (short and long range)
✔ Defensive / Offensive heading.
✔ Anticipation.
✔ Crossings on defending and attacking.

Curriculum for Offensive Group:
✔ 1V1 / 2V2 / Attacking situations.
✔ Striking
✔ Finishing
✔ Offensive Heading.
✔ Crossings
✔ Penetration pass between back four in the final third
Program Cost and Registration info
The Cost for all four sessions will be $80 that must be paid at once before the 1st date of training
Cancelations due to the weather or park closure will be rescheduled

Sessions will be on Fridays @ Millers Pond Park as per schedule
and may be split in two sessions based on age groups
5:45 pm – 7:00 pm / 6:45 pm - 8:00 pm
