Summer Night Training sessions
Miami Rush ensures that all players receive the best positional/functional training through this additional program.
These off-season sessions are designed to develop our athlete’s position specific functional awareness, which is essential to the foundation for all soccer players.
Our goal is to accelerate the progress and success of our athletes though this program.
Curriculum for Defensive Topics:
1V1 / 2V2 / Defensive situations.
Passing and receiving (short and long range)
Defensive / Offensive heading.
Anticipation.
Crossings on defending and attacking.
Curriculum for Offensive Topics:
1V1 / 2V2 / Attacking situations.
Striking
Finishing
Offensive Heading.
Crossings
Penetration pass and finishing in the final third.
Weekly Schedule
Week 1 | June 6-9 | No practice on Friday, 6/10 |
Week 2 | June 14-17 | No practice on Monday, 6/13 |
Week 3 | June 20-24 | No practice on Tuesday, 6/21 |
Week 4 | June 27 – July 1st | No practice on Wednesday 6/29 |
Week 5 | August 1-5 | No practice on Tuesday, 8/2

Times: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
(Fridays sessions from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm)
Program Cost: Weekly fee $150. (4 sessions per week)
Cancelations due to the weather or park closure will be rescheduled according to the park field’s availability

To register a Miami Rush Kendall SC members should log in to their existing account on our website in order to register.
All Non-members should access the registration link to complete the process. The user account should have the email and cell phone information for the player's parent. This account will allow you to register once club selections have been made and it is also the account which allows each account holder to pay, monitor, and enroll in other programs. More than one player can be registered under one parent's account.
