Dear parents and players,

The US Soccer Federation has decided to close the Developmental Program after 13 years due to financial reasons.

As we notified you earlier, the MLS management organization has decided to run a highly competitive program similar to the USDA. The MLS Academy program will include the participation of the current Developmental Academy clubs, including Miami Rush and the MLS club teams.

We are excited by this new development and we are confident that this decision will continue fostering the development of our players. We will keep you updated as more information is accessible to us.

Renatto Soriano, our Technical Director will be contacting all current Miami Rush teams by age group as soon as he has more detailed information.

Miami Rush will now take a new pathway in the development of our players. We strongly believe in this new pathway and additionally continuing to take advantage of our Rush national partnership.
